| I will be offering a one-year warranty on the rebuilds as long as they are not disassembled in any way. It has taken me a lot of time and money to make the tools to rebuid these things, and without a gauge, the chances of getting the timing marks lined up perfect are 1 in 1000 and adjusting the timing predictably one direction or the other is even worse. IMO this chance is the primary reason why Nissan made the new style sprockets semi-adjustable. It simplified the assembly of them... if you get the opportunity to look at the new ones, some have the bolts on center with the adjustment slot and some are almost on the edge of the slot - in short, even though they seem adjustable, they are not all indexed perfectly with an equal amount of advance or retard available in them. They just threw them together kinda close and dialed the timing marks in with the adjustment slots. Eventually I will try to offer these old style sprockets in an externally adjustable form but I need a $10K + CNC mill to do it right; and accordingly, the retail price of these adjustable sprockets will most definitely be higher.
